Court fines American mom who rejected adopted Russian boy

She adopted the boy from Russia, but eventually sent him back, putting him on a plane with a note pinned to his clothes. A lawyer tells Erin Burnett the action was so unacceptable, a U.S. court has ordered her to pay child support until the boy is 18.
