CNN's Erin Burnett talks to a criminal expert who says George Zimmerman will not go to trial. David Dow, defense attorney and law professor says it is unlikely that the case will ever make it to trial and even if it does, Zimmerman will never be convicted of murdering 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
The guest who said that Zimmerman contradicted himself in the bond hearing is either completely misinformed or he is an idiot and Erin is not doing much better. Zimmerman saw someone wearing a hoodie and made a judgement about his age which he communicated to the 911 Operator. Later, he saw him face to face (literally) and made a different judgement about his age when he had a much better view. His statement was a direct answer to the question that Travon's mother put out in the public domain about whether Zimmerman knew Travon's age. That is the context and that was his testimony. Is that really a deeply complicated intellectual concept? This is a matter of basic intelligence.
I watched this video and I hate to say anything about this guy for fear of judgement myself because he took a life and I could never do that myself. I have in the past went through many hypothetical situations to whether this personal rule I set myself could ever be broken. I think torture itself maybe under severe drugs , maybe sodium pentathol has gotten better but even untorture and drug like state under the worst of threats I still dont think I could ever knowingly do that. That having been said watching that video of George Zimmerman their was something magical about the man. I know that sounds horrible to say about someone that took a mans life but while schizophrenic I believe at a time I " Walked with Him " . Take that for what it is but while going through this I also believe that for what its worth I was controling others with thought . Just the weaker ungodly mind and think god is the biggest prankster that ever existed. Sorry if my comment offended anyone.
