FL task force reviews 'Stand Your Ground' law, Zimmerman's wife arrested for perjury

The 'Stand Your Ground' task force met today in Florida to review the controversial law at the center of the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. The shooter, George Zimmerman can use the 'Stand Your Ground' law as his defense.

Zimmerman's bond was revoked for not being forthright about his finances during his bond hearing. Zimmerman's wife, Shellie is now facing a perjury charge.  Attorney for the Trayvon Martin Family, Benjamin Crump comes OutFront and discusses the latest developments in the Zimmerman case.

Texas father kills man molesting his daughter: "Unlikely to be indicted"

A Texas father beats to death a man he caught molesting his 4-year-old daughter. The investigation is on going and the father has not being charged.

"You have a right to defend your daughter. He acted in defense of his third person," said Lavaca County Sheriff Micah Harmon.

He continued, "Once the investigation is completed we will submit it to the district attorney who then submits it to the grand jury, who will decide if they will indict him."

Day 2 in Sandusky Trial: Victim 1 breaks down, Eye-witness details sexual abuse

Day 2 in the criminal case against former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky - Victim 1 testified Tuesday, detailing the alleged sexual abuse by Sandusky.

Mike McQueary, former Penn State graduate assistant gave his account of the time he witnessed Sandusky abusing a child in the shower room. In related news, the prosecutor said Penn State officials held a secret file of allegations of abuse by the former head coach. FULL POST

Top Democratic Strategist James Carville says Obama's economic message is not working

Democratic Strategist and CNN Contributor James Carville says President Barack Obama needs a new economic message.

Democracy Corps, Carville's nonprofit public opinion research group, released a report from focus groups showing that the President's focus on economic issues is wrong.
