Battle over Arctic oil: Can Shell Oil handle an Arctic oil spill?

Pete Slaiby, vice president of Shell Oil in Alaska says drilling in Alaska will be the  "most complex, most difficult wells we've drilled in company history."

He also said Shell's assets are developed to work in ice. But, is Shell Oil ready if there's an oil spill? The world realized in 2010 that the oil industry was not ready with adequate technology to stop the gulf oil spill.

Can Shell Oil handle an Arctic oil spill? CNN'S Miguel Marquez reports.

Flesh-eating bacteria victim's recovery: Father says it's "an amazing accomplishment"

Merchants of Death: International arms dealers operating in global conflict zones

The head of Conflict Awareness Project, an international non-governmental organization said Tuesday that the Justice Department is considering the possibility of extraditing convicted international arms dealer, Viktor Bout to Russia.

Bout also known as "The Merchant of Death" was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Romney doubles down on tax returns: Dems will 'pick through, distort and lie'

Mitt Romney continues to stand firm against calls for him to release additional personal income tax returns. He said Tuesday, "I am simply not enthusiastic about giving them hundreds or thousands of more pages to pick through, distort and lie about."
