Judge issues second gag order; funeral service held for shooting victim

The judge overseeing the Aurora shooting case is cracking down on leaks.

District Court Judge William Sylvester issued a second gag order barring the release of information relating to the investigation of James Holmes. This comes on the heels of news reports that Holmes sent a package to the University of Colorado Medical campus.

James Holmes will face justice through the courts. My heart goes out to all the folks who are suffering because of this tragedy. However, I am incensed by the reporting of the suspects mental health treatment. It should never been divulged in the first place. Folks can be really hurt if their past mental health problems and treatment were made public. I fear the same thing. I have a good job, leading and normal and good life here in the present and look forward to a bright future ahead. It is nobody's business whether I received mental health treatment and the details in the past. Let's be honest, there is still a very harmful stigma placed on folks when somthing like that is made public. I thought the law requires those records to remain private. That includes whether or not a person even sought help in the first place. Once again, shame on CNN!!
