Will Romney choose a Mormon to lead a prayer at the convention? BuzzFeed Reporter says he should 'own his religion'

Prayers are a traditional part of political conventions. The big question surrounding the upcoming GOP event is whether Romney will ask someone from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to speak.

No other Mormon has ever been nominated for president of the United States by a major party before. However, Romney is very careful about raising this point to the public.

It will be interesting to see the path Romney takes with his religion when the GOP convention, which begins August 27, rolls around.
