Clinic: Rep. Jackson being treated for bipolar disorder

U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson (D-IL) is being treated for bipolar depression according to the Mayo clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. The Illinois Democrat and son of the Rev. Jesse Jackson has been receiving intensive treatment for a mood disorder since June and his family says it is unclear whether he will return to Congress.
