New details are emerging tonight about James Holmes, the gunman who allegedly killed 12 people and wounded 58 during a rampage at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado.
According to prosecutors, the University of Colorado had banned James Holmes from campus for making unspecified threats about six weeks before the massacre. University officials reported the threats to campus police and took away his key card that gave him access to campus buildings.
Paul Callan, CNN legal contributor and a criminal defense attorney, is Outfront tonight to help us break down this new evidence.
