Tropical Storm Isaac poised to strike Haiti tonight

Tropical Storm Isaac is on track to hit Haiti tonight, soaking the country with torrential rain and whipping winds up to 60 miles per hour.

Haiti, no stranger to natural disasters, still has hundreds of thousands of people living in tents since the devastating earthquake in 2010 who are even more vulnerable to the storm.

OutFront tonight with the latest is CNN's Martin Savidge in Jacmel, Haiti.
