While speaking at the Clinton Global Initiative earlier this week, President Barack Obama vowed to end the modern slavery of human trafficking.
"In short, we're making clear that American tax dollars should never, ever, be used to support the trafficking of human beings. We will have zero tolerance; we mean what we say, we will enforce it, " said Obama.
President Obama is not alone in the fight to end sex trafficking. Academy Award-winning actress Mira Sorvino has long been an advocate in the fight to end human tracking. As a United Nations Goodwill ambassador, she's traveled around the globe to raise awareness. And now she's starring in a new Hollywood film, "Trade of Innocents", following a sex trafficking ring in Cambodia.
