After nearly 11 years of war in Afghanistan, the violence is still surging. Early this morning, a suicide bomber driving a motorcycle killed 14 people, including three NATO service members and four Afghan police.
The Afghan Taliban claimed responsibility. In addition to suicide attacks, there's been a surge of attacks by Afghans turning their weapons on the Americans training them and working with them. And some Americans are going into the war zone, even now.
