Sandusky speaks from jail: "I did not do these alleged disgusting acts"

Former Penn State Coach and convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky releases an audio recording from his jail cell Monday. His attorney confirms to CNN that the voice is Sandusky's. Penn state radio released an audio statement from Sandusky in which he proclaims his innocence.

Sandusky was found guilty on 45 counts of child sexual abuse.

He faces life in prison when sentenced Tuesday.
