FDA: Pharmacy behind meningitis outbreak knew of quality control problems

The Federal Drug Administration released documents Friday that shows the company behind the steroid injections that led to the outbreak knew it had quality control problems.

The deadly meningitis outbreak has spread to 18 states and left 25 dead.
