Victims of Sandy sift through the wreckage: "They are coming back to pick up the pieces of their lives," says Gov. Cuomo

110 homes in the Breezy Point beach front community of New York were destroyed by fire in Sandy's wake. CNN's Deb Feyerick toured the damage Wednesday and spoke with residents of this battered community.
