CIA Director General David Petraeus resigns over extramarital affair

The intelligence and political communities in the United States continue to react to the resignation of CIA Director David Petraeus over a reported extramarital affair.

The four star general and architect of the war in Iraq submitted a resignation letter to President Obama in which he admitted the affair. He writes:

"After being married for over 37 years, I showed extremely poor judgment by engaging in an extramarital affair. Such behavior is unacceptable, both as a husband and as the leader of an organization such as ours."

The questions tonight – is there more to this resignation than an affair, and is there another shoe to drop? CNN's Intelligence CorrespondentĀ Suzanne Kelly, CNN National Security Contributor Fran Townsend, and Slate writer Fred Kaplan are all OutFront with the latest.
