Who will lead the post-Romney GOP?

Our third story OutFront – rebuilding the Republican Party.

Following some big election day losses, the question remains – what exactly is the Republican Party of the future?

Former Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez – who led Romney's outreach to Hispanic voters – has some thoughts and spoke to CNN's Candy Crowley today in an interview set to air Sunday on "State of the Union".

He joined a growing list of Republicans to disavow comments Romney made this week that so-called "gifts" from Obama to minorities and young voters helped the president win re-election, saying he was "shocked" at Romney's comments and says that the Republican Party lost because the far right wing has dragged the it out of the mainstream conversation on a number of key issues.

But does the rest of the party share his vision? Outfront tonight are Democratic strategist James Carville and CNN Contributor and writer for the "National Review" Reihan Salam.
