What will it take to find common ground in Washington?

Our fourth story OutFront: it's a showdown.

House Speaker John Boehner gave President Obama a taste of his own medicine today by putting out his own proposal for avoiding the fiscal cliff.

We've told you the details, but the main takeaway is that there are no tax rate increases included, which is why the White House was quick to dismiss the plan as "not serious" and "nothing new."
