John McAfee, American tech mogul seeks asylum in Guatemala

John McAfee, the American software tycoon, was seeking asylum in Guatemala, but now is facing deportation.

This latest news may be an end to his cat and mouse game with authorities who want to question him about his neighbor in Belize, who was killed.

CNN's Martin Savidge spoke to McAfee and he's OutFront.

Come Thursday, deportation may be the latest twist to the saga of software mogul John McAfee.

McAfee , who was on the run for weeks to evade questioning in his neighbor's death, was detained in Guatemala on Wednesday afterentering the country illegally, officials there said.

He may be sent back to Belize on Thursday so officials there can question him, said Francisco Cuevas, a spokesman for Guatemala's president.
