Obama's pot problem: As states celebrate legalized pot, Obama administration signaling enforcement of Fed drug laws

Recent celebrations over legalized marijuana in Colorado and Washington may prove to be short-lived. The Obama administration is signaling it may step in and actively enforce federal drug laws which still outlaw smoking marijuana.

And that could create a very a tricky political balancing act for President Obama.
