Getting closer to fiscal cliff deal? Boehner offers up 'Plan B', Democrats say no

House Speaker John Boehner met with members of his party Tuesday and revealed his solution if he can't reach an agreement with President Barack Obama to avoid the fiscal cliff.

The so-called "Plan B" focuses solely on taxes - only raising them on households earning more than one-million dollars.
