Will America's Next President be Black? BuzzFeed's Ben Smith not only believes it to be true, in his new provocative article he's outlined why.

Among the reasons he writes: "African-Americans represent a vital voting bloc in Democratic primaries, and they – like most ethnic groups – typically rally around the favorite son or daughter."
