"The individual is evil, he's not crazy," Father of shooting victim speaks out about James Holmes

A Colorado judge has ruled there is enough evidence for 25 year-old James Holmes to face trial for killing 12 people and wounding 58 others in the July 20th massacre at an Aurora movie theater.

Will the former neuroscience grad enter an insanity plea? The judge delayed today's arraignment until March to give the defense more time to consider the evidence.

Outfront tonight: Tom Teeves, whose son Alex was killed in the shooting. He spent the week in Colorado at the preliminary hearing and right before the show Erin Burnett asked him what is was like to sit in the same room as James Holmes.
