Lawsuits claim Subway's footlong doesn't add up to 12 inches

The sandwich chain, Subway may be seeing more class action lawsuits in its future. Erin Burnett reports.

    ... But as to that $6 to $9 burger again, there's a place you can get nearly a foot of sub sandwich for $5. That's like two meals unless you're a linebacker. But on the same token, if it meant that a kid could be able to feed his family with a little less stress, I'd be willing to pay $6 or $7 for the same thing. Having paid my rent on bartending tips in the past, it's rough out there. Heck, price of food is going up anyway. Why shouldn't the person serving it to us be able to benefit a bit from that?
