New Laws could cost Gun Makers Millions
A new report out Thursday is looking at the financial toll President Obama's proposals on gun control would have on the biggest gun makers in this country.

Coke's controversial Super Bowl ad?
Is Coca Cola's latest Super Bowl ad politically correct or controversial? The premise is a race to the finish - the prize, a large, cold coke in the middle of the sweltering desert.
A man on a camel, a few cowboys, a biker gang and show girls are all competing for the cold beverage.
At the end of the commercial, Coke invites viewers to vote on who should win. The issue is when you visit Coke's website, the man on the camel is excluded from the ballot.
Some Arab-Americans are criticizing the stereotypical portrayal of the Arab and say its a further insult when voters can't vote for him.

Is the NFL ready for gay players? 49ers Chris Culliver says "No"
Is the NFL ready for gay players? If you ask San Francisco 49er's defensive back, Chris Culliver, the answer is No. Culliver was interviewed yesterday by radio shock-jock, Artie Lange, and he was asked if there were any gay players on his team.
"I don't do the gay guys man. I don't do that. No, we don't got no gay people on the team, they gotta get up out of here if they do." Culliver added, "Can't be with that sweet stuff. Nah…can't be…in the locker room man. Nah."
The 49ers released a statement:
"The San Francisco 49ers reject the comments that were made Tuesday, and have addressed the matter with Chris. There is no place for discrimination within our organization at any level. We have and always will proudly support the LGBT community."

NRA flip-flops on universal background checks
At a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on gun violence today, Wayne LaPierre, the head of the National Rifle Association shared his thoughts on universal background checks.
LaPierre says it doesn't do any good to expand background checks to private sales between lobbyists and collectors.
But, he wasn't always against universal background checks.
