Blizzard bears down on New York City, Ray Kelly says "we're ready"

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has issued a state of emergency as the "monster" blizzard slams New York City. Mayor Michael Bloomberg urged New Yorkers to pack it up and head home early.

"You can't take nature too lightly hopefully won't be anything drastic certainly not going to be a hurricane sandy, but doesn't mean you're not going to get hurt or killed if you're not careful," Bloomberg said.

Erin Burnett catches up with New York City police commissioner Ray Kelly on how New York City is preparing for a storm that is set to drop more than a foot of snow on its streets.
