How a Carnival cruise went from luxury to misery

It was supposed to be a four-day luxury cruise through the Caribbean, but for the 3,143 passengers aboard the Carnival Triumph, it became a vacation nightmare.

Crippled cruise ship limps to port, Maritime lawyer says passengers have no rights

Frustrated passengers on the Carnival Triumph ship have been without fresh food or clean bathrooms for five days.

We've seen video of sewage running down walls and in the hallways. And that raises the question, what if any legal action can these passengers take against Carnival?
