Elderly woman's death probed; Staff at senior facility refused to perform CPR

An investigation is underway into the death of an elderly California woman, who died after a nurse at her senior-living facility refused to perform CPR.

But even though a 9-1-1 operator begged her to help - the employee said that company policy forbade her or anyone else there from saving the woman's life.

Miguel Marquez is out front with the dramatic 9-1-1 tapes.
