Bloomberg's Soda Ban Fizzles: Judge blocks city's limits on sugary drinks

A state judge put a stop to Mayor Michael Bloomberg's ban on selling large sugary drinks. The ban was scheduled to go into effect Tuesday and the Mayor who's been on a public health crusade during his tenure says he's not standing down.

"We believe the judge's decision was clearly an error, and that we will prevail on appeal," Bloomberg said.

Will Bloomberg's soda ban prevail?
