Suspect detained in connection to Benghazi consulate attack

Faraj- al Shibli, a Libyan national has been detained for his connection to the September terrorist attack on an American diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya.

He is the only known suspect in custody in connection with the attack in Benghazi.

It's been six months since ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were killed after militants linked to al-Qaeda stormed the consulate in Libya. President Obama has vowed to bring the killers to justice, but so far, no one has been charged.

OutFront tonight: Representative Jason Chaffetz (R- UT).  He's a member of the house oversight committee and he's been one of the most vocal critics of the administrations handling of the Benghazi attack
