North Korea moves missiles to east coast; should the U.S. strike first?

Should the U.S. strike North Korea first? Republican Congressman Peter King made national headlines earlier this week when he told Erin Burnett that the U.S. shouldn't wait.

Peter King: "We have the right to take preemptive action" against N. Korea

"If we have good reason to believe there's going to be an attack, I believe we have the right to take pre-emptive action to protect ourselves. I don't think we have to wait until Americans are killed or wounded or injured in any way," King said.

OutFront tonight: Congressman Peter King (R-NY), member of the Homeland Security Committee.
