North Korea loads missiles in launchers; advises foreign diplomatic missions to leave

North Korea has advised foreign diplomatic missions in Pyongyang to evacuate staff by April 10th, quote "in the event of conflict."

And U.S. officials tell CNN that North Korea now has two medium range missiles loaded onto mobile launchers on that country's east coast.
At the White House today, press secretary Jay Carney said the white house is prepared for a possible missile launch.

"We are monitoring this situation closely and we would not be surprised to see them take such an action," Carney said.

Out front tonight: Nick Burns, a former U.S. ambassador to NATO and to Greece; and Gordon Chang, author of "Nuclear Showdown: North Korea Takes on the World."
