Obama vows justice in Boston terror attack

Breaking: Obama makes statement on Boston bombings

Pres. Obama did not mention the words "terror attack" when he made his remarks on the Boston bombings.

After Obama's statement, a White House official said "any event with multiple explosive devices – as this appears to be – is clearly an act of terror, and will be approached as an act of terror."
