Rep. Ruppersberger: Boston bombing suspects had the capacity to attack NYC

Authorities say the suspected Boston Marathon bombers wanted to attack New York City's Times Square. Their plans were hatched, according to investigators, after they allegedly shot and killed officer Sean Collier in Cambridge one week ago.

OutFront tonight: Democratic Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger. He's a ranking member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence.

    Republicans are hilarious. They demand cuts on all the government programs, and then throw a hissyfit when the government programs they cut funds to don't function properly...

    I don't know if Elmo, Mario, and Hello Kitty are commensurate with the gravitas of the subject matter.
