Judge bars defense from introducing Martin's history with guns, pot

A Florida judge overseeing the case against the neighborhood watchman is barring the defense from introducing information about Trayvon Martin at trial, including what appears to be a familiarity with guns, his previous marijuana use and his history of fighting.

Setback for defense in Zimmerman trial

Zimmerman is accused of murdering the 17 year-old in February 2012, and planned on using the information to back up his claims of self-defense.

CNN's David Mattingly is Outfront in Sanford with the story.
