CNN has learned that a letter addressed to the New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg contained material that tested positive in preliminary tests for the deadly poison - ricin.

In China, where a newborn baby was found alive inside a sewer pipe after apparently being flushed down a toilet.
On their official social media account, authorities say they've found the mother who tells them she "regrets" what she did.
