Judge approves theater shooting suspect's insanity plea; victim's parents not surprised

A judge today accepted a not-guilty plea from the suspected Colorado movie theater gunman. James Holmes' defense? He's insane.

The now 25-year-old accused of killing 12 and wounding 58 in the July 20th massacre last year.
