Zimmerman defense team forced to apologize: It was "unintentional"

George Zimmerman defense team makes a public apology.

The apology comes after Mark O'Mara said in court last week that video taken from Trayvon Martin's cell phone show the teen beating up a homeless man.

It turns out the footage actually show two homeless men fighting over a bike.

O'Mara put out a statement saying:

"Though it was unintentional, it is a particular concern to us because we are and have been committed to disputing misinformation in every aspect of this case, not causing it."

CNN's David Mattingly has been following the case is OutFront.
