Reports: U.S. spy agencies seized phone records and mined internet data

Is Uncle Sam spying on you?

Are your rights being violated by the Obama administration? Or are they just trying to keep you safe?

A top-secret court order uncovered today shows communications giant Verizon is required to turn over millions of customers phone records to the FBI and the NSA - on a daily basis.

Reports: U.S. spy agencies mined Internet data

The Washington Post is also reporting U.S. intelligence agencies mined Internet data, including emails and photos from companies that include Microsoft, Apple, Google, Yahoo and Facebook.
