Justin Bieber is spending big money on a plane ticket, but it's probably not the kind of plane you're thinking of.

Virgin CEO Richard Branson announced via Twitter that Bieber and his manager, Scott Braun, have signed up for a Virgin Galactic suborbital flight. Bieber would be one of the first big celebrities to go to space.
