78-year-old Frank Capizzi described in gruesome detail how the car he was ridding in was suddenly ambushed. The target of the assault, rival mobster Albert Plummer, who was literally decapitated by the hail of bullets, while Capizzi and a third passenger were wounded, but ultimately survived.
