We at OutFront have been telling you for months about the housing market recovery.

But there's one section of the market that's been doing really well lately -  high-end, luxury real estate.

You can't get much more high-end than One57, the building set to be the tallest residential building in New York City.
It's attracting buyers from around the world.

Felicia Taylor is OutFront with an exclusive look inside the building.

The Terrible Trues: 5 true stories we wish weren't

Every night we take a look outside the day's top stories for something we call the OutFront OutTake.

During the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial, there was another shocking revelation:
Michael Jackson didn't sleep.

According to a medical expert, because of the 60 days of drug infusions administered to the singer, Jackson may have gone up to two months without rapid eye movement sleep, which is necessary to keep the brain and body alive.

[cnnvideo url='http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video//video/data/3.0/video/bestoftv/2013/06/22/exp-erin-outtake-the-terrible-truths.cnn' inline='true']

That would be the longest any human ever went without "real" sleep and almost 3 weeks longer than any lab rat.
It's a shocking revelation - and yet, how can it be true?!

Of course, it's nothing compared to the stories that we KNOW are true but WISH they weren't.
For example, LeBron James and his psychic shoes.

Earlier this week we showed you photos of the new LeBron shoe that were leaked to the internet and - if you look closely - you can see stamped inside the shoes are the words – 2-time Champion – even though the shoes were produced BEFORE LeBron won his second championship last night.

Winning two consecutive titles is a great accomplishment, and LeBron should be commended, I just wish that kind of arrogance hadn't been rewarded.
Next up - eyeliner for guys.

In September, designer Tom Ford will introduce a full cosmetics line for men featuring concealer, mud masks, GUY-liner and MAN-scara.

Yes, ladies, in just a few short months, despite all of your primping, the men in your life will probably be prettier than you.
And finally...

North West.

It's official Kim and Kanye's newborn daughter has been named NORTH West.

We're not sure if it's a Hitchcock reference or a tip of the hat to the airline. All we know is if you are actually going to name your baby after an airline – why not go with one that's still in business.
Might we suggest... South West.
