Fmr. Patriot tight end Aaron Hernandez charged with first-degree murder

Prosecutors have charged former Patriots tight end, Aaron Hernandez was with the death of Odin Lloyd. Hernandez was released from the Patriots shortly after being charged with first-degree murder.

Hernandez "drove the victim to the remote spot, and then he orchestrated his execution," First Assistant District Attorney Bill McCauley said in court Wednesday.

"He orchestrated the crime from the beginning and took steps to conceal and destroy evidence," the prosecutor said.

Hernandez is being held without bail.
