Medical Examiner: Zimmerman injuries "very insignificant"

A pivotal day in the George Zimmerman murder trial - crucial testimony from a medical examiner which could damage Zimmerman's claims that Trayvon Martin slammed Zimmerman's head repeatedly into the sidewalk the night Zimmerman shot Martin.

The medical examiner says facial cuts indicate he was hit "only one time."
