Did culture factors lead to plane crash?

What happened just moments before the crash?

Federal investigators interviewed two Asiana pilots today, including the man who was at the controls when flight 214 hit the sea wall at San Francisco's International airport.

National Transportation Safety Board Chairwoman Deborah Hersman says both pilots are cooperating with the investigation.

The NTSB also says it is still too soon to tell if the crash was caused by pilot error or not.
