Judge vs. lawyer: Tense exchange at Zimmerman trial

Testy.

Perhaps the best word to describe the interaction between one of George Zimmerman's lawyers and the judge presiding over his case.
Today the judge tried to address Zimmerman:

Judge Nelson: Have you made a decision sir as to whether or not you want to testify in this case?
Don West: Your Honor, I object to that question.
Judge Nelson: OK, overruled. Have you made a decision as to whether or not you want to testify in the case
Don West: I object to that question, I think that's…
Judge Nelson: Overruled, the court is entitled to inquire Mr. Zimmerman's determination as to whether or not he wants to testify.

That music during the defense comments is completely uncalled for. Is was still an interesting story without the noise that was eary sounding.
