Missed clues about Boston bombing suspect

Were there missed clues in a Boston-area triple-murder that could have disrupted the marathon bombings?

In September 2011, three close friends of Tamerlan Tsarnaev's were brutally murdered. Brendan Mess, Eric Weissman & Raphael Teken were found amid a gruesome crime scene - their throats slashed, ear-to-ear and drugs spread over their bodies.

For more than a year-a-half there were no suspects. It wasn't until after the Boston Marathon bombing that it became clear that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a key suspect in both crimes.

In an OutFront  investigation, our Deb Feyerick looks into the key players in the murder mystery who talk about some of the biggest errors authorities made in that case.

It seems that the owner of the restaurant says: " The man with the men " was serious, etc. Who was the man with the men? If it was Tamerlan, that should, I think, have been stated in the introduction to that footage. Otherwise, it is a muddle.....
