Coronor: Glee star died from heroin, alcohol overdose

According to a toxicology report, Cory Monteith, the 31-year old star from the TV show Glee died from an overdose of heroin and alcohol early Saturday morning.

Canadian officials say there is no evidence to suggest Monteith's death was anything other than a tragic accident.

U.S. diplomats in Egypt amid protester clashes

In Egypt, U.S. diplomats are visiting for the first time since the ousting of elected President Mohammed Morsy.

Deputy Secretary of State William Burns is meeting with interim government leaders, urging a resolution to the unrest that has gripped the nation over the past two weeks.
