Cuban weapons, ex-CIA fugitive in Panama

One of Italy's most wanted - a former FBI Chief - returns to the United States Robert Seldon Lady is wanted in Italy for his role in the 2003 abduction of a terror suspect in Milan.

Lady eventually fled Italy and ended up in Panama where he was arrested this week. But today, Panama put Lady on a plane headed for the United States.

This story is just one of two high-profile incidents involving Panama.

A country that was under the rule of a drug lord in the 80's, the site of a deadly U-S Invasion and now an apparent tax haven for the super rich.
