A great-grandmother accuses San Diego's mayor of sexual harassment

Another woman is accusing San Diego Mayor Bob Filner of sexual harassment, bringing the list of accusers to 16.

This time, it’s a great-grandmother.

Filner says he won't resign, but the city attorney is now telling CNN that he may be able to force the mayor out of office, and it’s in connection to a report from CNN’s Kyung Lah earlier this week.

San Diego Mayor Filner's expenses under scrutiny

Continuing with her OutFront investigation on the San Diego mayor, Lah reports on the key pieces of information the city is now looking at.
