Popular party drug "Molly" reportedly to blame for NYC music festival deaths

An electronic music festival was cut short this weekend after two party-goers died, apparently from using a drug called Molly, a powdered form of ecstasy.

The drug has been around for decades, but with the new name Molly, it's become the hot new party drug.

Even performers like Kanye West, Rick Ross, Two Chains and Miley Cyrus have mentioned it by name. The word "Molly" was even bleeped during Miley Cyrus' VMA performance last week.

And use of the designer drug is surging.
